Frank's career in printmaking began when he worked for a silkscreen printer producing posters for the music industry, which have since become major collectors items. From there he went on to study painting and printmaking at Cardiff and Brighton Colleges of Art to Degree level.
After a number of years teaching Lithography at Buckinghamshire College of Art and later holding a position as head of Fine Art at Salisbury College of Art, Frank left the country with his wife and young son to travel in North Africa, Europe and North America. It is from these travels that Frank's work has increased with exhibitions in both galleries and museums. His many solo shows have resulted in his work being included in numerous public, private and corporate collections throughout the world.
