Charles Newington England , b. 1950

Charles was born in Kent in 1950. He studied at the Byam Shaw, Camberwell and Central Schools of Art before working as an etching technician and lecturer at the Central School during the 1970s. Since then Charles has estrablished his own etching studio and works as a full time painter and printmaker.
